INFLUENCE OF CAREER ORIENTATIONS ON FORMATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS' PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION IN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

摘要
The features of future teachers' professional formation, which allows them to form professional motives when studying at the university, are described in the paper. Special attention is paid to the motivation of success achievement as an indicator of career orientations. It is career orientations that influence the development of motive of achieving success as a factor of future efficient activity. In the process of studying students will understand the meaning of their profession and their mission in it, comprehend and learn the theory, master the practice and methods of purposeful professional and personal self-development. Therefore, the success of professional activities influences the career orientation and professional motivation. The carried out theoretical research helped to reveal the following peculiarities of future teachers' professional formation: the development of basic principles of career formation at the stage of studying at an educational establishment, diagnostics of systemically important factors, which contribute to the successful career development of a future teacher; purposeful career planning, etc. The atmosphere at the university, oriented at the development of student's personal qualities and competences, allows to form the consciousness attitude and behavior in future vocational activity and career goals. Professional motivation can be improved with the help of psychological conditions providing the increasing of the life strategy understanding, the development of value system of future profession, the ability to set professional goals and achieve them. The motive of success achievement is considered as a component of professional motivation and a factor of career orientations formation. The high level of success achievement motivation is one of the main conditions of the efficient professional activity, which allows to predict the development of students' career orientations, which are the prerequisite of their successful work. In this regard, the problem of psychological conditions and factors, which provide the development of success achievement motivation of future teachers is very important, because this motive provides the success of future specialists' work.
