摘要
The Zn-rich Hg1-xZnxTe single crystals, i.e., 0.6 < x < 1, were grown by travelling heater method. Photoluminescence studies on the localized intrinsic exciton have been done and an empirical formula determining the composition x in Zn-rich Hg1-xZnxTe is derived subsequently. © 1990.
