SCHOOL-BASED LEARNING NETWORKS IN ENGLAND: CONDITIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT

摘要
This article offers an analysis of the management and creation of the conditions for the development and school improvement networks in England. It's useful for the development of such school networks in Bulgaria too. Five leadership activities focused on facilitating networks were identified. These are: courting; working for partner alignment; connecting; embedding and harvesting; refocusing. Internationally, the network is emerging as an increasingly common organisational form as well as a method for professional development and school improvement because of better serve pupil need
