摘要
Trivalent nickel has been stabilized in the A0.5La1.5Zn0.5Ni0.5O4(A = Sr and Ba) lattices with K2NiF4-type structure. A comparison of the EPR spectra for Sr0.5La1.5M0.5Ni0.5O4(M = Mg and Z(n)) has shown the influence of the competing M - O bonds in the perovskite-type planes on the local distortion of the (NiO6) octahedral sites. IR spectroscopy confirmed that the (A0.5La1.5) - O bonds along the c-axis are weaker when A = Ba, resulting in stronger (Ni - O)c bonds.
