摘要
The knowledge and the information structure the intellectual capital of a person and of an organisation. Databases, as its name says, possess data and technology is used to manage them. To assign meaning to a data set information is generated. Knowledge is implicit in documents, in people (in the brain); it is validated information. Management that is made to knowledge enables organisations to develop processes to compete in markets and, today, they are realising the immense value of knowledge. This drives them to encourage their employees to contribute to the achievement of the planned results. Each person is responsible for his knowledge which is conjugated in the organisations in different ways: pyramid, circle and spiral. The knowledge of the person is part of organisation' knowledge, therefore, it must be this structured to increase the capabilities of persons who work in the organisation.
