摘要：

The structure of corporate governance bodies in Chinese public companies is considered. The special features of the management and control model in a Chinese corporation due to the dominant role of the state are highlighted. The article stresses the stability of the Chinese model of corporate governance within the frames of the preserved system of socio-political order and the financing system of corporate sector of economy.
