摘要
The City of Plano Environmental Health Department uses risk assessment to determine the frequency and type of foodservice establishment inspection. The method outlined in this paper, simply and systematically prioritizes foodservice operations for inspection and evaluation. This method better protects the public's health by providing optimal food establishment inspection through prudent allocation of personnel and budget resources within operating constraints faced by many health departments.
