Dialogue between European Court of Human Rigths and Spanish courts

The concept of "dialogue between courts" has been used with different meanings. In this article, and based on the case law of both the European Court of Human Rights and Spanish courts, "dialogue between courts" is understood as the reciprocal interrelations between courts of different legal orders, with practical consequences for their judgments, in view of the case law of the other courts. These consequences may range from offering citicisms or alternative solutions, to amending,, or even overruling their previous case law.
