Determination of Dioxin, Furan and Polychlorinated Biphenyls in Sea Bass Fillets (Dicentrarchus labrax Linnaeus, 1758)

摘要
Pooled sample of sea bass fillets from one of the biggest fish farms of Turkey was analyzed for PCDD/Fs, dioxin-like PCBs and indicator PCBs. The results showed that PCDD/Fs, dl-PCBs and indicator PCBs concentrations were found as 0.18 pg TEQ g(-1) wet weight product, 0.85 pg TEQ g(-1) wet weight product and 3.68 ng g(-1) wet weight product respectively. Measured values were below the maximum residue levels indicated in both national and EU regulations.
