POPULAR EDUCATION AND SOLIDARITY ECONOMY: A POSSIBLE AND NECESSARY DIALOGUE

摘要
The present work lies in the discussion of the theme Social Movements and Popular Education focusing on pedagogical processes experienced in the experiences of the Solidarity Economy, which are developed from initiatives of civil society organizations in RS. The universe of empirical research is directly related to projects of Associations, NGOs, cooperatives and social movements that seek to build socioeconomic alternatives and cultural changes in the perspective of social inclusion and organization of society from the challenge of social emancipation. The central purpose of discussion and analysis of experiences of associations and Solidarity Economy in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre is to know the pedagogical processes that are being built on the relationships between different knowledge of those involved directly in associative projects in relation to organizational social processes and also discuss the process of drafting and socialization of knowledge for the challenge of a praxis of social transformation from the challenge of building a new cultural ethos. Freire's work is the central reference point to discuss the challenges of cultural transformation required to enable a team work project and solidarity.
