摘要：
The article considers influence of tax policy of the state on its economic safety. The analysis of the law "About the State Tax Department of the RSFSR", 1991, the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation "About the State Tax Department of the Russian Federation" and other regulations of this period was made. Formation and development of institution of Tax police in the Russian Federation is considered. Statistical data on taxation and obligatory payments for the period from 1993 to 1998 are given.
