摘要：
In the article authors using sound system status indicators diagnosed macro-regions of the Russian Federation in the context of the major areas: environmental, economic, social, institutional and technological. Established the basic problems of the economy and macro-regions of the constituent entities. Identified factors of regional development, the quantitative assessment of their impact, identified macro-regional trends.
