摘要
The medical teams of neuropaediatric units have no culture of early cooperation with the palliative care team, around the children affected by neuromuscular diseases. We deliver here, an example of coordination between the hospital department of neuropaediatrics of the CHU of Nice, the team of pain and pediatric palliative care, and the nursing of the place of residence. We describe the essential points of this accompaniment, since the diagnostic phase, of both the child and his family. (C) 2010 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
