摘要
This paper is concerned with the allocation of discharge among generating units of a hydro-electric generating station so as to maximize power output within operating constraints. A hybrid separable programming-heuristic algorithm has been developed for solving the discharge allocation problem where the generating units may not be identical. The algorithm was tested and found to increase the power output of a hydro-electric generating station. For the discharge allocation problem with identical generating units, a simple heuristic approach is proposed. The above results extend the earlier work of Bernholtz.
