摘要
The work deals with the disciplinary dismissal and especially of the work-related sanction the employer can impose on his employees who have committed work-related faults in the exercise of his disciplinary power pursuant to the Moroccan law. The concept of work-related sanction, the objective sought by applying it, its legal nature, the types of sanctions the employer can impose and the term in which they must be imposed as from the acknowledgment of the commission of the sanctioned labor fault are put forward.
