摘要：

This paper addresses the issue of the development of ICT competence in teaching foreign languages. The author gives definitions of "ICT competency" and "ICT competence", develops taxonomy of knowledge and skills that make up the ICT competency of foreign language teacher, shows the ICT competence structure of foreign language teacher, and describes the relationship between the components of ICT competency and the ICT competence structure of foreign language teacher.
