摘要
Because of likely increases in blast temperatures, heat exchange in the lining of blast furnace hot blast valves is considered in the light of temperature measurements with the use of electrical modelling. A very complex situation has been found. The significance of the results for valve design are considered. Substantial decreases in the average thermal load are possible.
