摘要：

The aim of this study is to develop proposals to modernize the legislation to create a balanced anti-crime mechanism to ensure economic security. Software embody the general line position regarding the goals, objectives and principles set forth in the theoretical concepts of criminal policy to ensure economic security and anti-corruption practice in the criminal and political activities. The program (measures under criminal law, criminal procedure and operational-investigative nature), presented by the author, aimed at improving the effectiveness of response to the threat of economic security and build confidence in the justice.
