SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITION-TEMPERATURE VS HOLE CONCENTRATION IN BI2SR2CACU2O8 SINGLE-CRYSTALS WITH VARYING OXYGEN STOICHIOMETRY

摘要
We have performed measurements of the Hall coefficient (RH) on Bi2Sr2CaCu208 single crystals and attributed an effective carrier density (n off) to RH. The oxygen content was successively reduced by annealing and the superconducting transition temperature (T,) found to shift from 85 K down to 40 K. We have found a linear relationship between T, and the hole concentration as in other high-T, families. © 1990 The Japan Society of Applied Physics.
