摘要：
This papa presents the possibility of forming nuclei meeting the sugar industry requirement by high energy sonic field in sucrose solution of low supersaturation. Based on the thermodynamic theory and non-linear acoustic principle, the mechanism of sonic nucleation in sucrose solution is thoroughly studied. Experimental results and the prospects of sonic nucleation are discussed.
