摘要：
The article regards the problems of appearance of a new form of communication - computer-mediated communication. Its distinctive features are analysed. The question of appearance of the language functioning in the new communication medium, its special features are discussed. Such new field of linguistics as internet-linguistics is considered and its main problems are analysed.
