摘要
The structure of Ge-Sb-S glasses was studied in three partial systems, i.e in the (GeS2)1-x(Sb2S3)x' in the Ge1-xSbxS2 and in the Sb2-xGexS3 system. In our contribution we present new EXAFS and X-ray scattering results and together with a review of previous results we are able to give a picture both of short- and medium-range ordering in these glasses. This can be roughly summarized by the impossibility to describe the structures in terms of a chemically ordered covalent network model.
