摘要：

The work presents some theoretical aspects of increasing leaders' motivation in the sphere of physical training, sports and tourism; demonstrates some results of multifactor profile research of leader's personality in the sphere of physical training, sports and tourism. In the course of the research there was elaborated and approved a program of increasing leader's motivation in the sphere of physical training, sports and tourism. Application of the program enabled to raise professional motivation of leaders in the sphere of physical training, sports and tourism.
