摘要：
The purpose of this paper is to determine implementation of planning zone in land consolidation of building parcels for theoretical and practical application. The goal of this paper is to present activities and mediations of legal and technically qualified natural persons regarding the assembling of cadastral parcels of building land from various ownerships into the co-ownership of a single parcel. The results of the research process conditions for the gradual consolidation of land starting with any legal or natural person and ending with legal acts and studies and formulas for the assembling of parcels, including its registration were developed.
