摘要：
This article is devoted to problems of counteraction of corruption by means of the tax legislation. The special attention is paid to experience of counteraction of corruption on the example of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. On the basis of the analysis of existing rules of the right models of reforming of the Russian legislation are offered.
