摘要
In a society where Information and Communication Technologies are considered as indispensable tools to participate and to feel integrated in this society, a group as elderly people, occupying in our country a percentage of around 20% of the population and which exceeds more than 7 million people is excluded from this area. The reasons for their exclusion can be diverse, but amongs them is that they have never had the opportunity to meet in a simple and adapted way, their needs, interests and limitations in this world of telecommunications. In this work we will present the experiences with a group of elderly people of "Aula de Mayores" University Classroom of "La Linea" (Cadiz), where we have programmed a course with digital technologies in general and the movile telephone in particular has served to react some conclusions enable to approach this group to Information' Society with more and greater guarantees. They have collaborated in the research the Foundation for the Integration Handicap and MovileTelefonica, as well as both professors of the University of Cadiz who signed this communication.
