摘要
Crohn's disease mainly affecting young women at a reproductive age is associated with problems in pregnancy. The diagnosis of Crohn's disease in pregnancy is usually not easy. The diagnostic dilemmas concerning the safety of using endoscopic control and the difficulty of various hematological parameters in pregnancy make it difficult for laboratory confirmation of clinical diagnosis. Yet, early recognition of symptoms and risk factors associated with these conditions and correct application of modern technology now allow early diagnosis and prompt implementation of the most appropriate current treatment options available. In this report, after systematically quoting and elaborating on contemporary bibliographic reports, a short review of Crohn's disease during pregnancy is given. The report refers mainly to the basic principles of treating such pregnant women. The proper knowledge of these principles can help as much as possible to ensure better health of mothers and better perinatal outcome.
