摘要：
For the problems of optimal control of the coefficients of quasilinear elliptic equations the matters of well-posedness its statement are studied and necessary conditions of optimality are established. In an optimal control problem for quasi linear elliptic equations the wellposedness matters are studied and necessary conditions of optimality are established.
