摘要
Calculations of the induced radiation intensity from detectors and construction materials due to protons in primacy cosmic rays and Earth radiation belts are presented. The smallest contribution to the induced gamma background is produced by tungsten. Of the detector materials, plastic scintillators have the lowest susceptibility to proton irradiation.
