LOW-TEMPERATURE ORDER-DISORDER PHENOMENA IN YBA2CU3O7-X - AN ELECTRICAL-RESISTIVITY STUDY

摘要
An electrical resistivity study of the influence of the low temperature oxygen ordering on the temperature dependence of the resistivity and the superconducting transition temperature was carried out on YBa2Cu3O7-x samples with various oxygen contents. The oxygen ordering induces the increasing of the density of the charge carriers in the CuO2-planes, resulting in changes of the conductivity and T(c). An abrupt beginning of the oxygen disordering at a temperature of T0 = 250-270 K was found.
