Through projects linked to Procad/Unioeste/UFSC, with support from Capes, CNPq and also Fundacao Araucaria, they were developed studies about written production on the 9th grade elementary school. In this article, we present a study about the conjunctions as viewpoint guiding elements, based on the Text Linguistics and their developments from Argumentative Semantics. To the research development, we worked with a support text reading, including an exercise involving the right coordinative conjunctions choice, made by the gender scientific article, adapted to the grade we are working with. The school selected writing that we used on this work reveal some argumentative strategies that actuate as an author of the text positioning against the comprehension of how to deal with the writing, considering a theme compatible with the student's daily reality.
