摘要
A comparison between Kajaani FS-200 and Bauer-McNett fibre length measurements of several different pulps was conducted. Good linear relationships were found to exist between the measurements obtained by the two methods but they varied according to the type of pulp employed. The precision of measurement of the two methods proved to be comparable, generally to within +/-3 to 4%.
