摘要
This study purports to create a project-guide for the contextual analysis and understanding of social movements based on a review of diverse contemporary theoretical works related to the study of social movements and the contexts in which collective action emerges and develops. The study analyzes and critically articulates the significant contributions that sociology and psychology have made to development in this problematic area in the last decades, identifying its connections and implications in the configuration of psychosocial and political meanings and senses produced by these collective actors, based on recognizing them as creators of social significance on the contextual stages where they act.
