摘要
In this paper, the conceptual design of the vacuum system (pumping and measurement) of the TJ-II stellarator is presented. A detailed description of the specific problems associated with the peculiarities of the machine and the proposed solutions are given. Examples of these peculiarities are: the outgassing behaviour of the plasma-facing components during and after the plasma shots, the coupling of the pumping system to the vacuum vessel, and the suitability of the proposed system for the different modes of operation.
