摘要
A misdirected plan to penetrate Asia for business expansion can cost a company great loss on travel and labor costs. Most businesses consider touring a country necessary in determining its potential. Most assume a surfeit of projects just waiting to be tapped. In reality, developing project work in overseas markets involves planning, executing, monitoring and modifying the plan, even at a trial and error basis. Some practical tips are presented.
