摘要：

An article is devoted to study of influences of Romanticism on the 19th century Russian thinker's political thought. The Romanticism is interpreted as a special type of the post-Enlightenment mentality. The publication will interest the experts in a history of the political and legal doctrines, and also all interested by Russian philosophy and history of social ideas of Russia
