摘要
The shear-bending interaction relation of strain-hardening beams is analyzed for both rectangular and I-sections. Interaction curves are obtained for various hardening levels characterized by the size of the elastic core. The results are also displayed in various reduced forms for practical use. For an elastic-perfectly plastic material, it is shown that the two yield criteria, von Mises and Tresca, result in identical shear-bending relationships in normalized form.
