All Inclusive System in Cancun : Analysis of Demographic Profile, Reviews and Tourist Satisfaction.

摘要
The All-Inclusive System is one of the major tourist destinations offers sun and sand, providing benefits for tourists, but also generate costs of environmental character in the target. The aim of this paper is to analyze the demographic profile, trip details, valuations of certain variables and satisfaction of tourists who enjoy a journey through mode all included in the tourist destination of Cancun, Mexico. The results obtained through the completion of a questionnaire to tourists staying in all inclusive resort are presented. The main results of this research shows that this system is chosen by people with an age below 49 years, with a college education, with high economic level and highlighting tourists from the US, UK and Mexico. Also, we find, with a stay for 3-5 days, traveling accompanied by colleagues, friends or with your partner. The shows within the hotel itself is the most valued in this destination. For its part, the least valued has been the cultural and adventure experience. The vast majority of tourists visits for the first time this geographical area Mexican sun and beach.
