In the article the effective mechanisms and forms of state regulation of the agricultural sector in line with the strategic development of the whole and specific areas, taking into account possible changes in the structure of agribusiness in the region. Assesses the effectiveness of state budget support to the agricultural sector of the Kabardino-Balkaria.
