摘要
Many studies of wage differentials between women and men find that only a minor part of the wage gap is explained by differences in education, experience, etc., and therefore that the major part is due to other explanations including discrimination. In this article empirically based on an interview survey combined with a register similar results are found, namely that a quarter of the wage differential between women and men is owing to different human capital resources.
