摘要
In the article as a biomonitoring objects and indication of toxicity were used the reaction initiated microbial communities on the Almaty city's soil contamination by heavy metals, was used the scheme of modeling response of soil microbial communities in making the vessels with soil samples ZnSO4 solutions under controlled conditions. It was identified the expressed reaction "dose-effect" for the microflora by change of the microbial structure: from the homeostasis zone of microbial communities gradually fell to a Zn-sensitive crops - yeast Candida and actinomycetes Streptomyces, sp. 3: index LD50 was observed in the variant with a 2-fold increase of Zn dose. Most of cultures went to the stress zone: spore-forming bacteria Bacillus, cellulose-destroying bacteria Cytophaga. In the resistance zone were remained mainly microscopic fungi Aspergillus, Penicillum and Fusarium. Ecotoxicity of soil samples in relation to Zn has been established to increase the number Fuzarium, model experiments have allowed to select sensitive and tolerant cultures by Zn from selected stress and resistance zones.
