摘要
The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the main IT tools that help to the operations of companies in the Brazilian retail sector, in order to be faster and dynamic, re-duzirem costs and answers in the shortest time in their markets. Besides, we bring new ways of operating to become more efficient and stay ahead of your competition so that your processes are constantly checked seeking an opportunity to improvement that positively interfere in its operation, aiming to cause significant changes market and the internal environment where they operate. To enterprises that operate in the sector must adapt to these changes to remain competitive in this market increasingly competitive and dynamic. Currently undergoing a restructuring process in several segments, against a background of increased competition and major transformations of the Brazilian economy. The changes expand the strategic and operational performance of different types of shops and changing the profile retailer to the quest for greater effi-ence of the business. Throughout the article are discussed some tools that help IT operations of companies.
