THE STUDY OF THE TRANSFORMATION OF GROUNDWATER IN THE ZONE AFFECTED BY THE OIL INDUSTRY

摘要：
Development of oil and gas fields is accompanied with emergency oil spills, which leads to creation of adverse ecological situations revealed through contamination of ground waters and correspondingly to formation of litho-chemical and hydro-chemical contamination zones. In this connection a rational network of groundwater monitoring in oilfield-affected areas was developed with the aim of timely revelation of contamination, which helps to minimize adverse impact of oil and oil products on hydro-geological environment.
