摘要
The purpose of this paper is to present an educational strategy that aims to: contribute to the development of professional projects in students of pedagogical careers. In order to fulfill this objective, we start with a characterization of the students' professional projects, where it was found that the subjects studied do not have, within their motivational hierarchy, the professional area and most do not think about practicing the studied career. Subsequently, an analysis was made of the different ways and actions that could stimulate the structuring of professional projects, deciding that a strategy was the most efficient and effective because it would facilitate the work from different angles. The strategy is based on the Cultural Historical Approach of Vygotsky; from this approach, categories were taken that guide the research as: zone of proximal development and social situation of development. In the same, experiences that favor the development of professional projects in these students are elaborated, for which the following actions are proposed: group reflection workshops, a methodological work system aimed at the preparation of teachers and the design of the labor practices. The strategy was validated by experts; which agreed that its application is pertinent and viable.
