摘要
The features of contemporary society and the latest national and international documents demonstrate that the guidance is not only a very important educational process but also that we need to consider it as an integrated process both "lifelong" and "life wide". The educational institutions, and first of all universities, have a primary role in promoting guidance actions. From these assumptions, the "Laboratorio di Balancio delle Competenze" of University of Foggia (Italy) designs and implements services to promote career management skills, all of this looking after to the dimension of the "person" and to the education of the "citizen" well as to the building of the future "worker".
