摘要
In this study; the risk evaluation of residential reinforced concrete buildings have been carried out according to the " Risk Evaluation Code of Buildings". For each building model, five different material classes have been selected as A, B, C, D and E. The effects of the material properties in the risk evaluation have been investigated according to the aforementioned code. Besides, the obtained results have been evaluated in order to perform the risk evaluation without any necessity of structural modeling and computer analyses. For this reason, the ratio of building weight to total shear capacities of the columns have been selected as a structural parameter (RDP) in the risk evaluations of buildings. The risk assessments of buildings have been determined according to the parameter. The obtained results are compared with the code results. It is seen that the results of RDP are compatible 80% with results of the code.
