摘要
This organisation development action went forth over six years in the production department of a German pharmaceutical company. The first phase aimed at the improvement of leadership behaviour and included workshops with the plant management and courses for supervisors and foremen. In the second phase the involvement of all leadership staff was sollicited to analyse interdependencies and interfaces of work and the consequences of cooperation or rivalry. After evaluation the third phase started with the aim of increasing customer orientation and preparing the way for Total Quality Management.
