摘要:
The original structure of titanium nickelide is a monoclinic twinned martensite with a small amount of high-temperature BZ-phase. Neutron irradiation at 400 C with a dose of 0.6 NRT causes the formation of small dislocation loops and radiation defects as dark spots on a micrograph.
