摘要：
The complexity of avionic systems and the decrease in space available for bulky crt-based display systems requires a more compact display technology in many applications. The development and use of red monolithic light-emitting diodes in avionic systems is reported. It is shown that common-sight and fixed-format helmet-mounted display requirements. The development of high-resolution matrix addressable arrays is described.
