BLACK-STUDENTS USE OF COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY COUNSELING CENTERS

A comparison of counseling center use by Black college and university students on predominantly Black and non-Black campuses finds that proportionally more Black students receive counseling than do non-Black students. Also examined is Black student use of campus counseling centers which do or do not employ Black counselors.
